We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

β Product is in original packaging
β Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Due to the nature of perfumes, used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item

- Customers must return the product via a reliable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, M&P)
- Return shipping charges are the customerβs responsibility
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable

- In case of exchange, a replacement product will be shipped
- In special cases, refunds may be issued via agreed method
